Delete your account
You can delete your CapyDex account and all its data at any time, in three ways. Deletion is immediate and permanent.
1. On the website
Sign in, open Settings, then “Delete the account” at the bottom of the page. Type the word asked to confirm.
2. In the app
Open the CapyDex app, go to Account → Danger zone, tap “Delete my account” and confirm.
3. By email
If you can no longer reach your account, email contact@capydex.com from the account’s address asking for its deletion. Requests are handled within 30 days.
Data deleted
Deletion permanently erases your account, your profile (email, name, username), your collection, your binders and boxes, and your preferences. Your Capy+ subscription is cancelled, with no further charge.
Data kept
Only the data needed to meet our legal obligations, such as the billing records of a subscription, is kept for the legal period, then deleted.
