CapyDex — a service published by an individual trading as a French micro-enterprise, registered in France.

Contact: contact@capydex.com. The publisher's identity and postal address are provided on request by email.

2. Hosting

The service is hosted on a virtual private server provided by OVH SAS — 2 rue Kellermann, 59100 Roubaix, France (ovhcloud.com).

Catalogue images are delivered through Cloudflare R2 and the Cloudflare delivery network.

3. Mobile app

The CapyDex mobile app is distributed on Apple's App Store. Subscriptions purchased in the app are managed by Apple and governed by the App Store terms.

4. Intellectual property

The content of the service (text, design, code) is the property of CapyDex unless stated otherwise.

Card names, logos and artwork for the 9 games covered belong to their respective rights holders — Nintendo / Creatures Inc. / GAME FREAK inc., Wizards of the Coast, Konami, The Walt Disney Company / Ravensburger, Bandai, Lucasfilm / Fantasy Flight Games and Riot Games. CapyDex is an unofficial service with no affiliation with these companies.

5. Personal data

Personal data collected is processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Details of processing activities, retention periods and your rights are set out in our privacy policy.
